Kerosene Visual Effects is looking for a full-time VFX Coordinator to join our team.
The position requires someone who is knowledgeable of the film and television industry and
able to thrive in a creative environment. You should be comfortable working with clients, have a keen eye for details, and excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, organize and participate in all client meetings/phone calls
Record and consolidate all client notes into Ftrack and Google Drive
Project milestones and due date tracking using Ftrack and Google Docs
Manage delivery and reception of digital/physical materials for clients and suppliers
Maintain communication between project leads and artists
Updates to studio website through Wix and social media (online applications)
Keep track of staff vacation, personal and sick days
Management of studio administration, supplies and facilities when required
Participate in company event planning (client appreciation parties, staff events, etc.)
Maintain studio policy and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with Windows, Mac and Google based data processing tools
Have excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Have good time management skills working in a team based environment
Be comfortable working directly with clients and supervisors
Knowledge of Ftrack shot tracking software or equivalent (Shotgun, Filemaker, etc) is a plus
Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
Kerosene's team of artists are working fully remote. Successful candidates will need their own computer and internet access to connect to and use the workstation located at Kerosene's Studio. Though your working location is flexible, successful candidates must be Canadian citizens with a social insurance number, who file their annual taxes in the province of Ontario.
